因此基督死了、又活了、為要作死人並活人的主。
耶和華卻定意〔或作喜悅〕將他壓傷、使他受痛苦．耶和華以他為贖罪祭．〔或作他獻本身為贖罪祭〕他必看見後裔、並且延長年日。耶和華所喜悅的事、必在他手中亨通。他必看見自己勞苦的功效、便心滿意足．有許多人、因認識我的義僕得稱為義．並且他要擔當他們的罪孽。 - 基督這樣受害、又進入他的榮耀、豈不是應當的麼。 - 原來基督的愛激勵我們．因我們想一人既替眾人死、眾人就都死了．並且他替眾人死、是叫那些活著的人、不再為自己活、乃為替他們死而復活的主活。
故此、以色列全家當確實的知道、你們釘在十字架上的這位耶穌、神已經立他為主為基督了。 - 基督在創世以前、是豫先被神知道的、卻在這末世、纔為你們顯現．你們也因著他、信那叫他從死裡復活、又給他榮耀的神、叫你們的信心、和盼望、都在於神。

Morning Scripture
For this very reason, Christ died and returned to life so that he might be the Lord of both the dead and the living.
Yet it was the LORD's will to crush him and cause him to suffer, and though the LORD makes his life a guilt offering, he will see his offspring and prolong his days, and the will of the LORD will prosper in his hand.After the suffering of his soul, he will see the light [of life] and be satisfied by his knowledge my righteous servant will justify many, and he will bear their iniquities. - Did not the Christ have to suffer these things and then enter his glory?" - For Christ's love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died.And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.
"Therefore let all Israel be assured of this: God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ." - He was chosen before the creation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake.Through him you believe in God, who raised him from the dead and glorified him, and so your faith and hope are in God.
