傍晚經文
〔上行之詩。〕我要向山舉目。我的幫助從何而來。我的幫助從造天地的耶和華而來。
眾山怎樣圍繞耶路撒冷、耶和華也照樣圍繞他的百姓、從今時直到永遠。
〔上行之詩。〕坐在天上的主阿、我向你舉目。看哪、僕人的眼睛怎樣望主人的手、使女的眼睛怎樣望主母的手、我們的眼睛也照樣望耶和華我們的神、直到他憐憫我們。 - 因為你曾幫助我、我就在你翅膀的蔭下歡呼。
我們的神阿、你不懲罰他們麼．因為我們無力抵擋這來攻擊我們的大軍．我們也不知道怎樣行、我們的眼目、單仰望你。 - 我的眼目時常仰望耶和華．因為他必將我的腳從網裡拉出來。 - 我們得幫助、是在乎倚靠造天地之耶和華的名。

Evening Scripture
I lift up my eyes to the hills-- where does my help come from?My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.
As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the LORD surrounds his people both now and forevermore.
I lift up my eyes to you, to you whose throne is in heaven.As the eyes of slaves look to the hand of their master, as the eyes of a maid look to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes look to the LORD our God, till he shows us his mercy. - Because you are my help, I sing in the shadow of your wings.
O our God, will you not judge them? For we have no power to face this vast army that is attacking us. We do not know what to do, but our eyes are upon you." - My eyes are ever on the LORD, for only he will release my feet from the snare. - Our help is in the name of the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.
