傍晚經文
我兒、要將你的心歸我．你的眼目、也要喜悅我的道路。
惟願他們存這樣的心、敬畏我、常遵守我的一切誡命、使他們和他們的子孫、永遠得福。
你在這道上、無分無關．因為在神面前、你的心不正。 - 原來體貼肉體、就是與神為仇．因為不服神的律法、也是不能服。而且屬肉體的人、不能得神的喜歡。
並且他們所作的、不但照我們所想望的、更照神的旨意、先把自己獻給主、又歸附了我們。 - 凡他所行的、無論是辦神殿的事、是遵律法守誡命、是尋求他的神、都是盡心去行、無不亨通。
你要保守你心、勝過保守一切〔或作你要切切保守你心〕因為一生的果效、是由心發出。
無論作甚麼、都要從心裡作、像是給主作的、不是給人作的。 - 不要只在眼前事奉、像是討人喜歡的、要像基督的僕人、從心裡遵行神的旨意．甘心事奉、好像服事主、不像服事人。
你開廣我心的時候、我就往你命令的道上直奔。

Evening Scripture
My son, give me your heart and let your eyes keep to my ways,
Oh, that their hearts would be inclined to fear me and keep all my commands always, so that it might go well with them and their children forever!
You have no part or share in this ministry, because your heart is not right before God. - the sinful mind is hostile to God. It does not submit to God's law, nor can it do so.Those controlled by the sinful nature cannot please God.
And they did not do as we expected, but they gave themselves first to the Lord and then to us in keeping with God's will. - In everything that he undertook in the service of God's temple and in obedience to the law and the commands, he sought his God and worked wholeheartedly. And so he prospered.
Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life.
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, - Obey them not only to win their favor when their eye is on you, but like slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from your heart.Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not men,
I run in the path of your commands, for you have set my heart free. He
