傍晚經文
我必稱頌那指教我的耶和華．我的心腸在夜間也警戒我。
因有一嬰孩為我們而生、有一子賜給我們．政權必擔在他的肩頭上．他名稱為奇妙、策士、全能的神、永在的父、和平的君。 - 我有謀略、和真知識．我乃聰明．我有能力。 - 你的話是我腳前的燈、是我路上的光。 - 你要專心仰賴耶和華、不可倚靠自己的聰明．在你一切所行的事上、都要認定他、他必指引你的路。
耶和華阿、我曉得人的道路不由自己．行路的人、也不能定自己的腳步。 - 你或向左、或向右、你必聽見後邊有聲音說、這是正路、要行在其間。 - 你所作的、要交託耶和華、你所謀的、就必成立。 - 然而他知道我所行的路、他試煉我之後、我必如精金。 - 人的腳步為耶和華所定．人豈能明白自己的路呢。
你要以你的訓言引導我、以後必接我到榮耀裡。 - 因為這神永永遠遠為我們的神．他必作我們引路的、直到死時。

Evening Scripture
I will praise the LORD, who counsels me; even at night my heart instructs me.
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. - Counsel and sound judgment are mine; I have understanding and power. - Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path. - Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
I know, O LORD, that a man's life is not his own; it is not for man to direct his steps. - Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, "This is the way; walk in it." - Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and your plans will succeed. - But he knows the way that I take; when he has tested me, I will come forth as gold. - A man's steps are directed by the LORD. How then can anyone understand his own way?
You guide me with your counsel, and afterward you will take me into glory. - For this God is our God for ever and ever; he will be our guide even to the end.
